YEAR-TO-DATE SALES VOLUME OF $273,815,246
Down 24% from 2017’s record $360,125,608, with units of 578 down 23% from 2017’s 754.

New listings of 950 down 5% from 2017, with the sales/listings ratio of 61% down 14%.

APRIL SALES VOLUME OF $89,887,249

Down 31% from 2017’s record $129,805,169. Units of 194 down 26% from last April’s 261.New listings of 263 down 25% from last April; the sales/listing ratio of 74% equaled last April.

ANNUAL AVERAGE SALE PRICE OF $473,729
Down 1% from the $477,620 of one year ago. Average days-on-market of 49 up 2 days.
