OVERVIEW

STRONG OCTOBER VOLUME SALES, WITH LISTINGS EXPIRED AND PRICES UP

YEAR-TO-DATE SALES VOLUME OF $803,958,182
Down 15% from 2017’s record $950,879,578, with units of 1631 down 19% from 2017’s 2007. New listings of 2843 down 6% from 2017, with the sales/listings ratio of 57% down 10%.

OCTOBER SALES VOLUME OF $90,623.297

Down 1% from last October’s $91,137,563. Units of 174 were down 8% from 190 of a year ago, with new listings up 1% and expired listings up 37%. The sales/listings ratio of 67% was down 7%.

YEAR-TO-DATE AVERAGE SALE PRICE OF $492,923
Up 4% from 2017’s $473,782 . Average days-on-market of 47 is up 6 days.
