Down 21% from 2017’s record $686,574,166, with units of 1114 down 23% from 2017’s
1442. New listings of 1997 down 7% from 2017, with the sales/listings ratio of 57% down 10%.
JULY SALES VOLUME OF $76,871,065
Down .4% from last July’s $77,184,162. Units of 163 were down 2% from last July’s 167, with new listings of 317 up 3%. The sales/listings ratio of 51% was down 3%.
YEAR-TO-DATE AVERAGE SALE PRICE OF $485,609
Up 2% from the $476,126 of one year ago. Average days-on-market of 45 is up 6 days.
