The Southern Georgian Bay real estate market continues to favour buyers this month, BUT we did see a slight increase in Sales Volume for the second month in a row. The median and average sale prices have dropped compared to October 2024. This trend provides buyers with more opportunities to find favorable deals and negotiate better prices but in my opinion, we are continuing to see more Buyers out there looking and submitting offers BUT at the same time, there have been competing offers on a number of Buyers lately.
