Keep Smiling & Support Local Collingwood Businesses

Our town of Collingwood has so many amazing small businesses, that are suffering during these uncertain times. Many of them have come up with awesome ways of staying in touch with everyone and bringing special offerings to us while their physical store fronts have to be closed.

I have put together a list of just a few ways you can stay in touch with our local businesses and send a little support their way. We are all in this together, and every amount of support helps out. We hope to see them all stronger than ever when their store fronts open again.

  • Get your favourite beverage delivered to your house or pick it up curbside. Collingwood Brewery – 705-444-2377; SideLaunch Brewery; Black Bellows Brewery order online or call 705-532-1569; Northwinds Brewery order online or call 705-293-6666. Also weekly wine deliveries from Gibson & Company – and all your caesar supplies you need from 1858 Caesar Bar.
  • Order Take-Out and have a fancy meal in with your spouse or family To name a few restaurants: LowDown, Beaver & Bulldog, Huron Club, Pie Collingwood, Northwinds Brewery and so many other great local restaurants
  • Purchase a Gift Card from one of Collingwood’s retail shops to use later. Don’t forget Mother’s Day is coming up right around the corner. It’s a great time to buy a Gift Card for any of your loved ones.
  • If you’re trying to stay fit right now, some of our local gyms and studio’s have been hosting awesome online classes for the community. Check them out here; Yoga First and Spa (on their Youtube channel), Primitive Patterns – for a great at-home workout plan; Active Life Conditioning is offering online classes to email subscribers!; If you’re a YMCA member check out Y Thrive for at-home workouts at

These are just a few ways to stay connected and help our local small businesses thrive. If you know someone with a business in Collingwood who is offering something special right now, get in touch with me. I’d love to share it on my social media.
