The Southern Georgian Bay real estate market continues to favour buyers this month, BUT we did see a slight increase in Sales Volume. The median and average sale prices have dropped compared to September 2023. This trend provides buyers with more opportunities to find favorable deals and negotiate better prices but in my opinion, we are seeing more Buyers out there looking and submitting offers.
In the last few months I have personally experienced both local clients transitioning from renting to owning and I’ve also experienced clients from out of Town and areas like London and the GTA to purchase in Southern Georgian Bay. My clients in the last few months have taken me from Wasaga Beach to Collingwood to Feversham to Meaford. I also have some great new listings coming up soon so pay attention to those.
